It has a happy ending, but just be aware that it contains scenes of intersexism and transphobia, as well as mild depictions of blood. Huge fan! The ending really got me, the swith from "mostly black & white with the occasional color" to "full colors" was such a genius was to signal "no shit's ok now actually"
